The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

TOP-TEAM is a free, non-commercial fantasy football game. You build a fantasy team and earn points based on real-world match performance.

• – There are no entry fees and no cash prizes
• – No real money is wagered, won, or paid out
• – The Service is not gambling, betting, or a game of chance
• – Participation is for entertainment only

When you create an account you agree to:

• – Provide accurate registration information
• – Keep your password confidential
• – Be responsible for all activity under your account
• – Hold only one account per person

You can update your details or delete your account at any time from your account page.

You agree not to:

• – Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
• – Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content beyond personal use
• – Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• – Interfere with or disrupt the Service's normal operation
• – Use offensive, misleading, or impersonating names for your team, league, or profile
• – Exploit bugs or use unfair means to manipulate scores, rankings, or leagues

We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Match results, lineups, events, and player statistics are provided by third-party data sources. Although we try to keep this information accurate, it may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

• – Match data is provided "as-is", without warranty of accuracy or availability
• – We may correct, recalculate, or revise scores and rankings if data is updated or a mistake is identified
• – Scoring rules may be adjusted between tournaments and are documented inside the app

TOP-TEAM is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, UEFA, any national football association, any club, any player, or any data provider.

Names, logos, badges, and likenesses of competitions, clubs, and players belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

The Service is free to use. You may optionally donate to support hosting and development. Donations:

• – Are entirely voluntary
• – Do not grant any feature, advantage, or entitlement within the Service
• – Are non-refundable, except where required by law
• – Are processed by a third-party payment provider; their terms also apply

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or put others at risk.

We may also discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without liability.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will be accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOP-TEAM and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
